Sasha

Sasha began dancing at the age of 7 and within 2 years became a protege of Sergey Korochanskiy, President of the Ukrainian Ballroom Dance Association and senior judge of the British Open Championship. He holds a Specialist Diploma of Choreography from the Rivne State Humanitarian University in Rivne, Ukraine and also has extensive experience and recognition in International competitions- the highest being in Poland, Belarus and Moldova. Sasha has traveled far and wide to be coached by the best- whether it be here in the US, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, or the United Kingdom. He pursues world class coaches wherever they are. Why? He finds his joy in dancing. Plain and simple. Dance is his form of self expression, a reflection of his heart and soul, a source of relaxation, strength- you name it and he gets it from dancing. Sasha wants his students to be inspired to slow down and enjoy the actual movements of dance as part of their learning process. Trophies are a wonderful part of the experience, but for Sasha nothing can compare to your own sense of pride in what you have done as you bow before the audience and their applause.

“Dance is the hidden language of the soul.”
~Martha Graham
